I have a background as a professional hurdler. I’ve trained in boxing. And most importantly? I learned from my mother, an NHS prescribing advisor for 35 years, who realized the best medicine for diabetes and heart disease… is no medicine at all.

I coached my own cousin to lose 80kg in just 9 months along with many other success stories. No gimmicks. No starvation. Just truth.
